Delete your account
Last updated: August 31, 2026
You can delete your TickPop account here or right inside the app, immediately and permanently. This page explains what gets deleted and how.
What deletion covers
- your profile — display name, title, email address, level, XP, task counts, streaks, badges, and daily completion history;
- your membership in any rooms you belong to;
- activity feed entries that reference you — these are anonymized so they no longer identify you;
- any push notification token stored for your devices, so they stop receiving notifications;
- your sign-in credentials (the account itself).
Tasks you created or were assigned may remain on a room's board so the rest of the household isn't left with holes in their chore list, but they are unassigned and no longer linked to your identity.
Delete your account now
Sign in with your TickPopaccount credentials to confirm it's really you, and your account and data are deleted on the spot. Once it's done, it cannot be undone — XP, streaks, and badges cannot be restored.
Don't have your password?
You still have three routes:
- Reset it.Use “Forgot your password?” in the form above and we'll email you a reset link. Once you've set a new password, you can delete your account right here.
- Delete in the app. In the latest version of TickPop, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Because the app is already signed in, no password is needed.
- Email us. Send an account deletion request from the email address your TickPop account is registered to, so we can verify the request is really yours. We aim to process email requests within 30 days.
Used TickPop as a guest?
Guest profiles are anonymous and have no password, so they can't use the form above. The easiest route is in the app itself: open TickPop and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account (available in the latest app version). The app is already signed in to your guest profile, so no password is needed — your profile and data are deleted on the spot.
Already deleted the app? Email us with the room code (TP-XXXX) and the display name you used. Because guest profiles have no email on file, we may not be able to verify that a guest profile is yours — in that case we may be unable to act on the request. We aim to process verified email requests within 30 days.
